Refund policy

Due to the nature/sanitary aspect of our products, we do not accept returns. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order please write us using the contact form so that we may best solve the issue.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving. If you believe your package was damaged during transit, we require that you contact us within five 5 days of delivery, and we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly

Order Cancellations                                                                                                           Cancellation requests must be received before we ship or within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours of placing an order, we are unable to cancel or make edits. Although the product might not be shipped, the inventory of orders and pre-orders are processed in our system and we are unable to accomodate any changes after 24 hours.
